This gluten-free dough ball is fantastic, and it arrived super fast!

We really enjoy their frozen dough balls that create fantastic pizzas. We gave the cook-your-own Beef Wellington a go, and it was tasty, but my partner thought the instructions were a tad tricky. He had some trouble with a few steps and felt the timings might be aimed at someone with more cooking experience. Nevertheless, we’re giving it 5 stars for quality.

So, it was a mixed experience. Initially, the delivery ended up at the wrong place—totally my bad. We found the package, but guess what? It had the wrong meals inside! I reached out to customer service, and the guy I spoke to was super helpful. He sorted out a replacement right away and even fixed the postcode (which was a nice touch). Since it was Christmas Eve, they got the replacement to me in early January. Overall, the meal prep was a blast, and the food was delicious. However, I did notice that they forgot to include ginger, and there were some label mix-ups with the yogurt and cream. Plus, the instructions mentioned adding basmati rice to the marinade, which was a bit odd. Other than those hiccups, it was mostly a good experience! 👍 😁

Arrived on time and was packed really well to keep the food nice and cold. Each ingredient was sorted into individual bags with clear labels, just like the recipe said. There’s even a video guide to help you whip it all up, turning it into a genuine cooking adventure, and the final dish turned out tasty. Definitely would suggest this!

The delivery mix-up was managed really well - for us and fingers crossed for the others impacted. The Wellington was excellent, and the video was super useful - though the asparagus took a bit of a hit during shipping.

We enjoyed the holiday dinner. Honestly, we can't find a single thing to complain about. The turkey was the finest we've ever tasted. All the ingredients were fresh, and the prep was a breeze, especially with the helpful video guide.

Everything was delicious! We're eager to explore more recipes now.

By the way, the meat was a tad bigger than I thought, but it worked out just fine. It just took a bit longer to reach 55 degrees. Make sure to grab a thermometer if you don’t have one!

I got myself a turkey package for Christmas a bit early, but due to some postal strikes, it ended up getting lost. Thankfully, on the day of our family feast, the crew sorted out a delivery so we didn’t miss our meal. And let me tell ya, it was scrumptious! I’ve also ordered the beef Wellington for this weekend and I’m super excited to share it with my family. Big thanks to James and the team for their outstanding effort!

Once I made my purchase, I noticed a better offer to grab more and score free shipping. I hadn’t tried your pizza dough before, so I wanted to give it a shot first. I reached out to the company, and immediately someone replied to let me know it was no issue at all and made the changes. You don’t see quick replies like that these days, and the delivery was super speedy too. Anyway, not only was the customer service fantastic, but the pizza dough was great as well. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

We’ve never prepared a Christmas dinner quite like this one. The directions were super simple to understand, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch. Seriously, the brussels sprouts recipe is unbeatable, and our guests were going back for more! Huge thanks for making cooking so much less stressful!

The service was amazing; we had 21 kits delivered, participated in a virtual dough stretching class, and devoured some incredible pizza.
